The first annual Capital City Dragon Boat Races were held Sept. 3-4 and featured 12 teams from around the area all fighting to be crowned 2011 champions. Each boat contained up to 20 paddlers and teams went head-to-head, competing for both time and win/loss record. This year’s top winner was Team DragonHeart sponsored by Retro Duck.
