CAWLM is Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties’ premier monthly publication for women. With the mission to enlighten, support and uplift its readers, CAWLM is dedicated to spreading positive local news, offering advice from local experts on a variety of subjects, and highlighting the amazing stories from remarkable local women.

CAWLM was founded in December 2007 by publisher Tiffany Dowling, a lifelong capital area resident and community cheerleader. After holding a variety of journalism and communications positions, Dowling founded her own full service marketing agency, Motion Marketing & Media, in 2002.In 2009, Dowling co-founded In Her Shoes, a talk radio show on 1240 AM Lansing’s Big Talker.
